- coordinates closely on a daily basis or as frequently as possible with the production manager and planning section for the daily, weekly or monthly production target/machine plan or schedule;
- attends daily meeting with operations team together with customer representative;
- monitors production efficiency and conduct root cause analysis for low efficient items and report it thru Titan;
- leads technical team and perform daily tool box meeting for daily related issues;
- monitors technical members for machine set-up and production run;
- checks and monitors production output per Work Order;
- monitors product movement from one process to the next process up to last process, or as required;
- monitors production machine achievements, productivity & efficiency, achieve the 100% yield target;
- performs machine analysis and improvement needs to eliminate downtime issue;
- plans and creates standard requirement regarding material usage;
- monitors material consumption by using parts per minute (Cycle Time monitoring);
- plans all improvements needs in production line, to be able to achieve the production yield and zero downtime of all machine;
- responsible to all technical items needed in production line;
- creates some standard procedures to have precise/excellent good quality and good machine performance;
- creates standard for mold set-up and mold down, to reduce hour consumption;
- planning/report making for all projects and activities needed; and
- performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Manufacturing)
- At least five (5) years' or working experience as a production technical in-charge
- Knowledge in Injection machines is a must.
