    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    A Sales Coordinator manages sales and purchase order information, files important documents and communicates relevant sales information, such as responding to purchase order status inquiries from Sales Executives and/or customers and give after-sales support when requested

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Maintain project documentation such as customer information, customer documents, purchase orders, sales reports and special instructions2. Receive and check Purchase Order information (date received, delivery address, payment term, quantity/volume, product, SKU, prices, special requests, etc.)3. Input every sales purchases on the online data system (QBE)4. Get Purchase Order updates and approvals from the Credit Committee5. Update status of Purchase Orders (approved or not) on shared google sheet6. Daily scanning of Delivery Reports (DR)/Sales Invoice (SI), save per DR or SI number to file7. Checking of Delivery Reports/Sales Invoice to the online data system (QBE)8. Monitoring progress of every Purchase Orders and provide updates to Sales Executives9. Monitor and record actual delivery date of all Purchase Orders10. Create Daily Report

    Provide documents requested by Sales Executives for sales-related purposes15.

    Others tasks that may be assigned from time to timeREQUIREMENTS:1. Bachelor's Degree2. At least 1 year experience in date and information administering3. Can establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work4. Able to complete projects in a timely manner as specified in the production plan5. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing everyday tasks6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks7. Knowledge in administering online data system such as CMS, CRM, ERP, etc.
