Role Overview:
We are seeking a methodical and proactive Operations & Office Lead to act as the central hub of our business. As the solo office personnel, you will manage all administrative, financial, and logistical coordination, ensuring our field technicians and subcontractors are scheduled effectively and collections are processed accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Coordination: Methodically manage daily schedules for 3 field technicians and various subcontractors.
- Financial Administration: Oversee the "books" (AR/AP) and drive the paperwork necessary for successful collections.
- Administrative Leadership: Handle client inquiries and maintain a highly organized digital and physical filing system.
- Operational Support: Act as the primary administrative point of contact, ensuring all field documentation is complete.
Qualifications & Track Record:
- Experience: 3 years or more of proven track record in office administration or bookkeeping.
- Systematic Mindset: Naturally organized with a passion for creating and maintaining efficient workflows.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable in MS Word and MS Excel
- Independent Worker: Capable of self-managing the office environment without constant supervision.
