• Bachelor (required), preferably Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
• Professional License is a plus.
• At least three (3) years of supervisory and technical experience in plant operations, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge in in-plant machineries, utilities equipment, fishmeal plant equipment, air compressors, generators set and electrical switchgears.
• Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance, Project planning, cost estimation and equipment modification.
• Familiar with GMP, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• With strong leadership, problem solving, and coordination skills.
• Computer literate and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
