    Enrollment Specialist (Admissions & Visa Processing)

    Makati, Philippines | On-Site | US Business Hours

    EduConnect USA is growing — and we're hiring an experienced Enrollment Specialist to manage student applications from documentation to arrival.

    If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in admissions or international student processing, this role is for you.

    About EduConnect USA

    EduConnect USA specializes in U.S. work + study pathways for international students. We guide students through admissions, visa preparation, Change of Status (COS), and pre-arrival steps to ensure a smooth transition into their academic programs.

    What You'll Own

    You will manage your own portfolio of admitted students and be responsible for ensuring every case moves forward accurately and on time.

    Core Responsibilities

    Admissions & Documentation Processing

    • Guide admitted students through all required documentation and compliance steps
    • Review academic and financial documents
    • Ensure student files are complete and compliant
    • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records

    Visa & Change of Status (COS) Support

    • Prepare students for visa interviews and documentation readiness
    • Guide Change of Status (COS) applicants through timelines and filing requirements
    • Monitor deadlines and prevent cases from stalling
    • Flag visa risks early and escalate complex cases to the Director
    • Ensure strict compliance with approved company guidelines

    Pre-Departure & Arrival Coordination

    • Track pre-departure requirements
    • Communicate timelines clearly and confidently
    • Confirm arrival and program details with CareerConnect

    Case Management Standards

    • Maintain daily follow-up cadence
    • Meet response-time standards
    • Keep all student files updated and documented
    • Ensure no backlog of unmanaged cases

    What We're Looking For

    Required:

    • 2+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment, registrar, or international student processing
    • Experience handling documentation, compliance, or visa-related workflows
    • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
    • Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven
    • Ability to manage high intake volume without sacrificing accuracy
    • Clear, confident communicator
    • Able to maintain urgency without creating panic

    Preferred:

    • Familiarity with U.S. visa processes (F-1, COS, etc.)
    • Experience in higher education or international education consulting
