Must be a college graduate of Civil Engineer

• At least 5 years of experience in related field
• Preferably License Civil Engr.
• Delegate tasks and achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly task goals.
• Determine all the project requirements while significantly developing work

schedules for the team.

• Identify potential risks and forming contingency plans as fast as possible.
• Efficiently liaise with the team members, clients, and also the management.

This is to ensure that the projects are completed by maintaining a significant
standard.

• Keep up with the latest industry trends and developments.
• Significantly analyze all the existing operations and scheduling the existing

training sessions. Also, organize and hold meetings to discuss scopes of
improvements.

• Motivate all staff members and essentially creating a space that acts like an

inquiry zone. Here the staff members can ask concerning questions and also
voice their concerns.

• Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as and when

required.

• Write progress reports efficiently and deliver presentations to all the

relevant stakeholders.

• Be transparent with the entire team regarding challenges, failures, and

successes as well.
