• Manage sales growth and profitability of the brandDevelop and implement the brand strategy

• Inventory management and Purchase Order placement
• Product marketing campaigns, providing direction on the new market trends, andpromotionsMeasure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, including assessing ROI andKPIsManage the financial budget for advertising and promotional itemsOrganize and oversee events such as product launches, exhibitions, and other sales andmarketing events
• Conducting weekly, monthly, or quarterly reviews of each category of productsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Experience of working within a similar brand officer/assistant role, particularly within theconsumer electronics or IT sector (luggage, lifestyle or accessories category) and in abusiness to consumer environment is preferred
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicaterecommendations to top management
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Financial and budgetary management skills
• Experience with market data analysis, interpretation, and research
• The equivalent of a bachelor's degree in business or marketing management
• Strong ability to negotiate, influence and engage with principals and business partnerssuccessfully
• Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills
• Strong can-do attitude with an abundance of passion, energy, and enthusiasm
• Good communication skills
• Presentable at all times
