    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    . To prepare financial statements to Landlords detailing income and costs as per the lease agreements and calculations of any turnover rent or profit share

    . Responsible for the invoicing of all recoverable expenses and management fees in line with terms of contracts for assigned sites

    . Arranging relevant payment of equity rents and gross receipts via. invoices received, prepayment or self-billing methods

    . Responsible for liaising with the client to assure that prompt payment is received for any invoices raised and raising any issues with the Senior Finance Analyst/relevant Head of Function where issues occur

    . To build relationships with relevant stakeholders, building knowledge and financial awareness, ensuring any risks or opportunities are proactively managed and shared appropriately

    . Work closely with and support relevant stakeholders in taking a data-based approach to decision making, proactively supporting client requests and commercial innovation

    . Responding to all queries promptly and professionally and ensuring corrective action is taken

    . Obtain in-depth understanding of contracts such to ensure there is consistency and commonality of reporting to all clients

    . Preparing audit working papers for each equity and managed site that requires an audit, liaising with auditors and providing information and responding to their queries to ensure audits are issued within contractual deadlines

    . Liaising with NCP's auditors, providing sample data and responding to queries to ensure timely completion of the company financial audit

    . Assuring that any potential risks and opportunities have been highlighted to management

    . Improving business / finance processes through simplification and automation

    The role holder may be asked to undertake other duties, as required, which are not necessarily specified in this role profile, but which are commensurate with the grade for this role. It may be amended from time to time within the scope and general level of responsibility attached to this role.

    Qualifications:

    . Attention to detail

    . Ability to take a high-level approach as well as obsession with detail

    . Good IT skills (Excel - preferable at Advanced level, and Oracle)

    . Team Player, willing to learn and drive initiatives forward.

    . Good knowledge and understanding of accounting standards / processes.

    Experience

    . Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting, preferably w/ Property Management background

    . Graduate of accounting, finance, economics, banking or any related degree (please target BS Accountancy Graduates)

    . Experience using Oracle (preferred).

    . Multi-site experience essential

    . Demonstrable skills in tight financial control.
