- Prepares proposals and promotional materials including marketing collaterals then executes all marketing campaigns across multi-channel environment; creates and manages marketing calendar, creative production of online and offline marketing strategies from the initial concept to execution.
- Conducts corporate communication activities both external and internal; coordinates with staff to carry out activities/projects effectively; conducts market and customer research to determine requirements for current market conditions and competitors information.
- Administers as follows:
- Maintains marketing database for new, active and returnees which include update of Members' information; prepares and analyzes customer service reports including other reports required by Top Management
- Schedules regular review of regular classes offered at the Dance Studio and offer new classes if necessary to ensure that the current classes are at par with the trend, will be beneficial to the members /students and targeted revenue is achieved /attained.
- Monitors performance of staff based on set measures and timelines to determine appropriate interventions to improve skills and competencies of staff.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a managerial role
- Excellent planning skills and very well organized
- Strong communication and excellent influencing skills
- Innovative and creative
- Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft applications
