Client Engagement & Needs Assessment
- Engage with warm inbound inquiries from high-value US and Canadian customers
- Conduct discovery calls to understand travel goals, preferences, motivations, and budget
- Communicate with confidence, clarity, and professionalism suited for VIP clientele
Consultative Selling & Conversion
- Present curated travel options, itineraries, packages, pricing, and value propositions
- Guide customers through multi-step decision-making and maintain follow-ups over 1–4 week cycles
- Resolve objections and assist customers in making informed booking decisions
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings within defined timelines and sales targets
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate customer profiles, call notes, and lead status updates
- Track progress and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Collaborate with tour operators and internal teams for final booking arrangements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or client-facing roles
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) with a clear, neutral accent preferred
- Proven success in converting leads into clients/bookings
- Strong consultative sales approach, especially with mature and high-net-worth customers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Amenable to a night shift schedule aligned with North American hours
- Available to start on or before March 9, 2026
