They should be able to listen to the customer's concerns and offer solutions to resolve the issue.Escalating issues:
If a customer's issue cannot be resolved by the call center agent, they may need to escalate the issue to a supervisor or manager.
Meeting performance metrics:
Call center agents may be required to meet performance.
