Job Purpose:
The Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the Financial Controller Business Support in creating and developing a work environment where each department head manages by the Financial Objectives focused in establishing an aggressive Sales Culture, a strong Customer Service, astute practice of Expense Management, resulting to Financial Success while ensuring Leadership by example.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Culture
Supports the Financial Controller Business Support on resources required to support training activities, systems implementation, incentive programs and other activities and tools necessary to establish a strong sales culture.
Customer Service
Supports the Financial Controller Business Support in ensuring that department heads and owners are provided with adequate reports for decision making.
Expense Management
Supports the Financial Controller Business Support in implementing control measures and monitoring system to ensure expenses are aligned to the volume of the business.
Financial Success
Assists the Financial Controller Business Support for the preparation of business plans and preparation of management reports and other analyses for use of owners, management and other stakeholders.
Leadership
Supports the Financial Controller Business Support in leading a competent and efficient finance team.
