Job Description:

Direct, manage, control, and develop the business and operations of the airfreight business to provide cost-effective solutions, create long-term partnerships, and strengthen customer loyalty according to corporate policies and objectives to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Drive and execute business development initiatives and strategies for short- and long-term goals.
• Responsible for the negotiation, procurement, and maintenance of all airline carrier contracts.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with carrier partners and ensure that rates secured are competitive
• Develop and design airfreight products and services to provide cost-effective service solutions to customers.
• Develop new products while maintaining a strong relationship with the different sales groups
• Collaborate with the different business groups in the consolidation of schedules, routing information, and other necessary information to ensure alignment in the delivery of services
• Ensure corporate compliance with airfreight regulations in all transactions
• Ensure that daily operations and KPIs are carried out according to the requirements provided by the Management and the corporate policies.
• Provide recommendations to the senior management leadership team on strategies for identifying business opportunities, developing, and managing customers
• Provide strong leadership and work closely with the different business units and other companies under the group

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business or any related discipline. Postgraduate degree is preferred but not required.
• At least 10 years of experience in all areas of airfreight and/or airline cargo industry
• Experience with import and export regulationsis required.

Work Setup:Onsite Monday - Friday.
