- Collects data, prepares reports and assists in the communication of Company strategies, developments and updates to fund managers, analysts and the investing public
- Assists in the development of the annual report and quarterly press releases
- Supervises the staging of annual stockholders meetings and quarterly briefings, and ensures consistency of information released to the investor community
- Manages and updates the Investor Relations tab of the Company website
- Provides analysis on industry and market developments relevant to the Company
- Assists investors/stockholders as regards their stock ownership in the Company
- Updates and analyzes the feedback from the investor community and communicates such to the principals/management
- Develops and manages relationships with the investor community
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and disclosure practices.
- Ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
