Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Encoder to accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems. The ideal candidate is fast, organized, and can work with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets.
Responsibilities:
- Encode data accurately and efficiently into company databases
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of records and information
- Organize and file both digital and hard copy documents
- Assist in administrative tasks as assigned
- Meet daily/weekly encoding quotas
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate or Vocational/College level
- With or without experience
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, or similar tools)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to work on-site and comply with company requirements
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Previous experience as Data Encoder or Office Staff
- Knowledge in Excel formulas or data validation
- Can start immediately
