    Position Summary

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting and converting incoming leads plus some cold calling into prospects. This individual should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. If you are a self-starter with the required experience and a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you.

    Work from Home

    Monday to Friday 8 AM-5 PM (Bangkok, Thailand time)
    • Following PH Holidays
    • This role is base salary plus commission, with a realistic monthly earning potential of up to PHP 100,000-130,000 Peso.

    Responsibilities

    • Contact and follow up with incoming leads and/or cold calls to present and sell seats at our events across Southeast Asia.
    • Provide an engaging and informative experience for potential customers, utilizing strong communication skills and charisma to establish rapport.
    • Deal with personal assistants, secretaries, and receptionists to reach target executives.
    • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude, not being deterred by rejection.
    • Continuously work on personal development to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.

    Qualifications

    MUST HAVE*

    • At least 1 year's experience in an outbound telesales role.
    • Experience calling Senior Managers and Executives
    • Experience with gatekeepers and cold-calling
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
    • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
