- Primarily responsible for ensuring customers are served with premium quality Yellow Cab products through standards preparation and cooking of menu products.
- Observes and practices food safety by strictly complying to the use of standard utensils, checking and monitoring of product shelf life and proper handling and preparation of food.
- As instructed, checks current and inventory of kitchen items.
- Trains staff and Managers on food preparation and cooking.
- Participates in the store's general cleaning activities.
