    Demonstrates knowledge on the principles of wash and rinse, the need to pre-scrape, load and unload table wares hygienically and safely after washing.


    • Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen utensils and equipment after each use.
    • Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen floor form time to time.
    • Polishes food warmers and all other banquet equipments and utensils.
    • Assists in setting up banquets, functions, outside caterings and displays.
    • Provides clean and sanitized kitchen utensils, pots, pans and all mis-en-place for the cooks' use.
    • Stacks up clean cutleries, glass wares and all other table wares in the respective stations of the kitchen.
    • Performs related task that may be assigned by the superiors.
