About the role

We are seeking an experienced Officer In-Charge to join the team at SOUTHERN ARMS CORPORATION' in Butuan City Agusan del Norte. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in the day-to-day administrative operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-level administrative support to the management team
• Overseeing office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Prioritising and managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
• Providing backup support to the reception team as needed

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience as an administrative professional, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
