    Overview

    The Digital & Brand Designer will create high‑quality, on‑brand marketing assets across digital, social, email, print, and event channels. This role ensures that all designs meet accessibility, compliance, and brand standards while supporting omnichannel campaigns and enterprise‑wide content initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Creative Design & Asset Production

    • Design on‑brand content assets for digital and social posts, email/SMS, direct mail, thought‑leadership materials (white papers, webinar decks), and event collateral using established templates and guidelines.
    • Translate complex healthcare or product information into clear, accessible visual layouts.
    • Apply WCAG accessibility best practices, including contrast requirements, typography standards, alt‑text conventions, and required compliance annotations.

    Template Systems, File Hygiene & Brand Governance

    • Build, refine, and maintain reusable design templates, component files, and layout systems.
    • Ensure strict file hygiene—including proper layer organization, naming conventions, style usage, and version control—within DAM/CMS platforms.
    • Work within enterprise brand systems, templates, and graphic layout guides to ensure consistency across channels.

    Quality Control, Approvals & Collaboration

    • Conduct design QA and manage routing processes for brand, legal, and compliance reviews.
    • Incorporate feedback efficiently and document revisions to maintain audit‑ready records.
    • Partner closely with copywriters and content managers to align messaging hierarchy with visual structure.
    • Deliver final assets optimized for paid/organic platforms, marketing automation tools, and channel‑specific requirements.

    Event & Vendor Support

    • Support creation of event deliverables including brochures, booth graphics, presentation decks, and screen content.
    • Prepare print‑ready and digital‑ready specification files for vendor production.

    Campaign Enablement & Performance Tracking

    • Package design handoffs for campaign teams, including export settings, link checks, UTM/QR file preparation, and organized delivery folders.
    • Track creative performance indicators and apply insights to refine future iterations.

    Qualifications

    • 3–5+ years of marketing design experience; experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, insurance) is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; strong presentation design skills.
    • Familiarity with DAM/CMS platforms and accessibility standards.
    • Strong skills in typography, layout, information design, and meticulous file‑management discipline.
    • Experience working with brand systems and enterprise-level templates; able to deliver assets ready for omnichannel activation.
    • Effective collaborator with copy, content, and campaign teams; comfortable navigating structured approval workflows.
    • BA/BS in Design or a related field; motion graphics or basic video‑editing skills are a bonus.
