Onsite | Makati | Day ShiftRequirements:> Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance> At least 5 years in accounting-related works> Accounting-related certification an advantage; or currently taking courses/exams en route to be certified> Familiar with accounting principles, Philippine financial reporting standards and SEC reporting requirements> Familiar with Philippine taxation framework, compliance and reporting requirements> Good understanding of financial processes> Proficient with ERP or accounting systems; Excel & Word> Proficient in English writing and speaking skills> Amenable to work onsite in MakatiResponsibilities:> Full accounting responsibilities on entities assigned, including transactions record keeping, journal entries, general ledger, Schedules preparation, reconciliation, books closing, reports generation> Assist in Account Payables processing, including collating requests, reviewing documents, facilitating payments, transactions recording> Support financial operations including financial data compilation, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and banking matters> Prepare and submit all relevant returns/documents to BIR to comply with tax reporting requirements> Ensure proper filing of documents and record keeping; assist in audit process> Assist and support the Head, Asia Group Finance in ad-hoc assignments and projects
