    Overview

    The Digital Events Associate will provide essential support to the MSME Community Events in both online and operational activities. The role involves assisting in social media

    coordination, and digital content updates, while also handling administrative tasks such as logistics

    coordination, file management, and report preparation. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and community events by bridging digital efforts with on-ground operations.

    Functions and Responsibilities

    • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content for events and campaigns.
    • Edit and update marketing and event collaterals (e.g., posters, invitations, digital banners).
    • Monitor engagement and compile analytics or insights from digital campaigns.
    • Manage event pages and online event documentation.
    • Prepare and organize files, reports, and event and sales-related documentation.
    • Support preparation of presentations, trackers, and post-event reports.

    Employment Standards

    • At least 1 year of experience in admin or marketing support.
    • Basic knowledge of social media content management.
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
    • Detail-oriented and able to multitask under minimal supervision.

    Job Skills & Qualifications

    • Basic knowledge of social media management and content scheduling.
    • Proficient in editing and formatting marketing collaterals using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
    • Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
    • Good communication and coordination skills for dealing with internal teams and suppliers.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with basic analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) is an advantage.
    • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or administrative support.
