    We're Hiring: Selling Manager

    Are you a results-driven retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Selling Manager who can drive sales performance, lead high-performing teams, and ensure seamless store operations.

    If you are passionate about operational excellence and customer satisfaction, this role is for you

    What You'll Do:

    • Drive and execute strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
    • Manage and control operating expenses (OPEX) to maximize profitability
    • Lead initiatives to reduce merchandise losses and improve overall margins
    • Monitor inventory movement to ensure optimal stock levels
    • Ensure availability of key items, including "basic never-out" products
    • Develop, coach, and empower team members through effective training programs
    • Proactively address operational challenges to ensure smooth store execution

    What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course
    • At least 4 years of management experience in retail or a related industry
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and people management skills
    • A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results
