    Our client is a financial planner that provided varied services in financial planning, cashflow and budgeting, estate planning and wealth creation,We are looking for an analytical and experienced Paraplanner.

    Preferably has working knowledge in using Xplan and IRESS and with RG146 Certification.


    Responsibilities:

    • Preparing compliant advice documents such as SOA's and ROAs
    • Working closely with Financial Planners and another Paraplanner to develop strategies and advice.
    • Assisting the administration team members with the implementation of the advice
    • Liaising with key stakeholders such as product providers
    • Liaising with clients, as required
    • Supporting Financial Planners with administrative duties
    • Contribute to continuous improvement and team development Improving internal tasks and procedures, client communication, ensuring high level of product and lender policy knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    • Has 2 to 3 years of experience in a Paraplanning role, preferably with proficiency in financial planning software like Xplan and IRESS.
    • Demonstrated ability to prepare research, quotation and analysis on Wealth Solver and Risk Researcher in preparation to the Statement of Advice or Record of Advice
    • Collaborate closely with Financial Planners and fellow Paraplanners to develop strategies, provide advice, and offer support.
    • Assist the administration team in implementing advice effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and product providers.
    • Able to do research on various topics
    • Has conducive workspace and personal equipment
