Job summary
The Implementation Officer is responsible for the implementation of Cash Management products/services to the client thru over the phone and/or face to face.The officer ensures initial contact to newly-enrolled Cash Management System clients via SMS and email via sending of user manuals according to the required standard turnaround time.
