- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans
- Design, develop and execute test cases and scripts (manual and/or automation, functional and API tests)
- Execute test cases under varying circumstances (including exploratory testing)
- Document and evaluate test results
- Detect, log, and report program bugs and glitches
- Track defects and help troubleshoot errors
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, business analysts, product managers) to drive QA efforts
- Conduct or participate in pre-/post-release and/or post-implementation testing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in API Testing
- Knowledge in REST API Testing and/or automation and exposure to tools like SOAP UI, Postman, or Swagger
- Experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks and QA methodology
- High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and formal presentation
- Experience in creation and execution of API tests using Postman, SoapUI
- Experience in test management software (HP ALM, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, QMetry, qTest or similar tool) and SQL
- Experience in other tools used for testing (Jira, Confluence, Figma)
- At least trained in Selenium Automation
- Good working knowledge of any programming language (Java, Python, C#, Javascript etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
