    What you'll be doing

    • Respond to and resolve a variety of technical issues, including hardware failures, software malfunctions, and network connectivity problems
    • Provide on-site and remote assistance to users, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems to restore normal operations
    • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices
    • Perform software installations, updates, and upgrades to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure
    • Assist in the management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
    • Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
    • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices

    What we're looking for

    • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a desktop support or IT support role
    • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office suite, and other commonly used software applications
    • Proficient in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, including the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of hardware issues
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical problems
    • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to users of varying technical expertise
    • Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow or Zendesk
