- Practice Management Collaboration: Work closely with Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers to execute Practice Management initiatives.
- Strategic Growth: Drive activities leading to opportunities, growth, and increased work for the Philippine-based team.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and the US-based team to plan engagement strategy, define objectives, and address potential risks.
- Training Development: Identify training needs and collaborate with Risk Advisory group leads to develop and execute internal/external training to enhance team skills.
- Engagement Leadership: Lead and direct engagements, providing oversight and project management for internal audit, SOX compliance, and risk/control assessment.
- Quality Control: Perform quality control reviews of staff work, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Team Management: Effectively delegate work, coach staff, and assess performance on engagements. Conduct year-end reviews in conjunction with the US-based team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Related Field
- Professional Certifications: CA, CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA, and/or MBA are a plus
- 10+ years of audit experience in public accounting or equivalent environment delivering and managing Risk Management services including but not limited to internal audit, Sarbanes Oxley, risk assessments, and various regulatory requirements for medium to large-sized organizations
- Direct client-facing experience with a deep understanding of governance structures.
- Knowledge of Workiva tool and implementations.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, business processes, and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills, both written and oral. ????????
