GENERAL:
Assist the Group Services Superintendent in the organization, planning, scheduling, implementation, monitoring and control of shipyards relative to the group's activities undertaken by the production department

20DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

2.1Supervises the preparation of dry docks.2.2Supervises the day to day work operation of 3 to 4 subordinates first line supervisors and through them a working force of 20-45 semi skilled and skilled position performing line work normally assigned to the subordinate components.2.3Directly responsible in the multiple dry-docking of crafts on AFDM-5 and AFDL 21.2.4Coordinates with immediate supervisors and docking officer during actual docking and undocking of ships.2.5In charge of the wood working shop in the fabrication of dry docking blocks and other wood works.2.6Supervises the PMS of shop's woodworking machineries and minor equipment.3.

3.1 Education:Graduate of vocational course and/or Engineering related courses3.

2Experience:
At least 5-10 years supervisory related experience in a shipyard industry
