    Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an international automotive parts manufacturing company. The company is based in Calamba.

    Key job responsibilities include:

    Coaching and Leadership:
    • Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions for Supervisors, Line Leaders, and Operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Administer discipline and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.

    Shopfloor Management:
    • Conduct daily shopfloor meetings to address and improve Downtime, Scrap, Output, and Safety-related issues.
    • Monitor and evaluate the progress of Line Leaders and Operators' performance.

    Production Planning and Execution:
    • Control the consumption of direct and indirect materials, production output, and deliveries.
    • Check and balance the running production concerning the existing and current Work in Progress (WIP).

    Continuous Improvement:
    • Share relevant information to support continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Improve and control daily planning execution to meet daily and weekly production goals.

    Operational Support:
    • Support daily operations meetings, recommend permanent solutions to quality and productivity issues, and drive the reduction of on-hold parts.
    • Prepare and analyze reports on Labor Productivity, Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and Scrap.

    Process Improvement and Innovation:
    • Implement process improvements focusing on scrap reduction and labor productivity improvement.
    • Identify and implement new process steps to enhance line balance and cycle time.

    Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for optimal performance and continuous business improvement.

    Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure department functions comply with Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.
    • Evaluate and conduct risk assessments on processes and tasks in the department.

    Qualifications:
    • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
    • Extensive proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodology.
    • Understanding of IATF16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
    • Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning.
    • Experience in managing Cost Reduction Programs (CRP).
