JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Flexible and can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented and have excellent follow up skill.
Diligent, honest and hardworking.
Computer Literate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects.
Work independently on prior delegated tasks.
Handling incoming calls and responding to emails.
Updating paper works and maintaining documents.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
