- Liaise and collaborate with different business partners within DITO Telecommunity to account for expenses needed for set-up and accrual based on contract and previous payments.
- Evaluate prepayments needed for monthly amortizations and monitoring.
- Process general accounting transactions related to loans, interest, and debt issue costs.
- Process and recording of employee transactions from HR and payroll.
- Analyze general ledger movements for trending and in-depth analysis.
- Participate in Financial Reporting plans and discussions to provide valuable inputs with overall reporting.
- Work with the IT department discussing in detail the needed process for improvements and automation.
- Strong background in general accounting standards for accruals and prepayment amortizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details
- Strong work ethic and is a self-starter who can independently identify, quickly analyze, communicate, and solve problems with minimum supervision.
- Strong coordination, communication, judgment, and collaboration skills to interact positively across all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and standards
- Knowledge of financial controls and processes
- Can handle multi-tasked responsibilities and a high tolerance for pressure is a must.

- Team player: Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or with certifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in general accounting for accruals and amortizations
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial reporting and GL variance analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experienced auditor
- Knowledge in SAP
