Job summary
This position is primarily responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability sound credit quality and good customer service.
Responsibilities include actively soliciting microfinance loan accounts meeting the business needs of the customer analyzing overall loan applicant qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans and ensuring adherence to the bank's policies and procedures.
