    This position will use in-depth experience and expertise in research, marketing, sourcing, and project management to support various hiring requirements.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Research requirements to have a better understanding of job openings.
    • Use of various resources for candidate sourcing
    • Effectively source and screen resumes.
    • Maintain and build up a candidate pooling database.
    • Effectively close assigned recruitment assignments on time.
    • Conduct 1st level interviews.
    • Administer basic and customized tests.
    • Facilitate Recruitment, Operations, and if needed, Client Interviews
    • Conduct reference checks.
    • Effectively complete mandatory requirements for new hires before endorsing to HR-ER.

    Sourcing
    • Knowledge of region/market trends, issues and competitive intelligence impacting BPO Job market.
    • Writing and editing, creating content for marketing collateral.
    • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
    • Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
    • Monitor different job portals and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers
    • Design and plan recruiting events
    • Attend job fairs and other events to expand resources.

    Quality & Information Security Management
    • Adhere to Infinit-O's information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures accordingly.
    • Protect personnel information (201 files) from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference (see also Table of Offenses).
    • Carry out the recruitment and employee separation procedures in accordance with information security requirements.
    • Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior.

    Requirements

    • Excellent English, written and oral, communication skills.
    • Knowledgeable on government regulations related to labor.
    • Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively.
    • Knowledge in full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, qualifying, assessing, analyzing of candidates as well as familiarity with wage and salary trends
    • Computer Literate and knowledge in MS Office such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
    • Proactive, motivated, detail-oriented and driven to achieve objectives.
    • With people-oriented skills.

    Education and Experience:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
    • At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a search firm, call center or the recruiting department of a multinational company.
    • Candidate must be willing to work in Hybrid set up in our Pasay Office.
    • Candidate must be amenable for 6 month contract.
