Job Description :

As a Process Improvement Manager in Consumer & Community Banking, you will use your expertise in process engineering and disruptive technologies to define and improve our business processes. To enhance our operating and financial performance. You'll work on exciting projects commissioned by senior leaders, focusing on innovative transformations and the adoption of digital operating models.

Job responsibilities:

• Prioritize, lead, and execute strategic initiatives in digital transformationspace leveraging process and/or technology tools such as RPA, ML, AI, Lean Six Sigma etc.
• Oversee multiple work streams, collaborate with teams to build hypotheses, conduct analyses, and develop key recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day project delivery, scope problems, identify opportunities, design solutions, and quantify financial impact.
• Work with the team to develop work plans, evaluate strategies, and drive performance improvement through end-to-end process design.
• Apply new technologies to transform business operations and re-imagine business models leveraging industry innovations.
• Advise and influence senior leaders and business executives on key decisions and major change initiatives.
• Develop and maintain trust-based advisory relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead client engagements, including interviews, workshops, and presentations, while managing multiple associates and analysts.
• Drive service delivery, maintaining composure and presence in client meetings, and ensuring effective mentorship and team development.
• Collaborate on developing hypotheses, analyses, and solution roadmaps, while fostering teamwork and providing mentorship to junior team members.
• Identify and address potential roadblocks, de-escalate issues, and lead initiatives for robotics and business transformation workstreams.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• The ideal candidate will have an MBA and 6+ years' experience at a management consulting firm or in an internal consulting or process re-engineering role (or 8+ years of experience in one of these roles in lieu of an MBA)
• Proven track record leading project teams, interfacing with senior leaders, and managing project budgets.
• Strong ability to work across all levels of the business, communicate complex ideas effectively, and influence decision-making processes.
• Expertise in solving complex problems and providing innovative solutions both with and without technology.
• Experience with Agile software development and product management principles
• Exposure to RPA, robotics/automation, and other emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and influence business innovation and strategy development.
• Strong consulting background with experience across different domains/industries and analytical tools.
• Advanced client management skills, including the ability to develop insights and solutions in partnership with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, with the capacity to drive project momentum.
• Willingness to travel as needed, with a range of 25% to 50% depending on the project.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (experience with Prosci/ADKAR methodology or similar formal change management methodologies is a plus
• Experience with utilizing Large Language Models (LLM) and exposure to AI technologies.
• Knowledge of big data, blockchain, and financial technology is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated process improvement experience with formal Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.
