Accountabilities
- Demonstrates Knowledge of US payroll laws and practices
- Interprets policy and documents payroll process
- Manages payroll cycles and all associated process and audits
- Provides payroll consultation
- Interfaces with payroll vendor and monitors/manages vendors delivery on service level agreements
- Defines and maintains standard operating procedures for all payroll processes
- Resolves complex employee inquiries regarding pay, tax, and associated payroll processes
Internal Qualifications
- With US Payroll experience, required
- Minimum 1 year in current role
- Currently a B4/P1/P2
- Minimum of 3.0 / Meets rating in last Performance Review
Qualifications
- Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 2 - 3 years experience in US Payroll, preferred
- FPC Certification, a plus
- Experience with large employer/multi-state payroll process, required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- High level of customer service, great communication skills, required
- Knowledge of Workday, ADP, preferred
- Experience in ServiceNow ticket handling, preferred

- Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
