    Job Title: Overseas Education Student Counsellor

    Type: Full Time

    Rate: Starting at 8AUD/hour, negotiable to the right candidate

     

    This role is responsible for handling visa paperwork focusing on the preparation, verification, and submission of legal documents required for travel, work, or residency. These roles ensure compliance with immigration laws and embassy regulations, working to secure visas for clients or employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    ●       Assist students in getting final visa

    ●      Document Preparation & Review: Gathering, reviewing, and organizing necessary documentation (passports, photos, application forms, financial statements) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with embassy/consulate requirements.

    ●       Application Submission & Tracking: Submitting completed visa applications to appropriate authorities, tracking their status, and updating clients on progress.

    ●       Compliance & Regulatory Updates: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures to prevent errors and rejections.

    ●       Client Communication: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries regarding requirements, fees, and processing times.

    ●       Data Management: Ensuring sensitive client data is accurately entered into systems and maintained with strict confidentiality.

    ●       Liaison Duties: Communicating with embassies, consulates, or visa application centers to resolve issues or expedite applications.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    ●       Need high level of competence in student visa counselling for Australia / US /UK / Canada etc

    ●       Proven track record of student visa admissions

    ●       Meticulous accuracy in reviewing documents is crucial to avoid application rejection.

    ●       Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for interaction with clients and authorities.

    ●       Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management systems.

    ●       Ability to manage multiple, high-stakes, time-sensitive applications simultaneously.
