This is a full-time on-site supervisor role.
The supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage team members, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold food quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, and scheduling; tracking inventory; adherence to health and safety regulations; and fostering a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving will be essential to succeed in this role.Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
Experience in inventory management and basic administrative tasks
Knowledge of food safety and health standards
Proven ability to handle workplace challenges and maintain a positive team environment
Previous experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management is preferred
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus
