    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Nurse located in Calamba. The Company Nurse will be responsible for providing first aid treatment and nursing care to employees with various illnesses and injuries. The Company Nurse will also be responsible for monitoring employee health and safety, assisting in the control of communicable diseases, maintaining employee medical records, and educating employees on preventive health measures.

    Qualifications
    • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
    • Must be a Registered Nurse and with an updated PRC ID
    • With at least 1 year of working experience preferably in a Manufacturing set-up
    • With training and/or background in Standard First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
    • Knowledge on government mandated health-related benefits such as SSS, Philhealth and the like, will be an advantage.
    • Can start as soon as possible
    • Amenable to work onsite in Carmelray Industrial Park 1, Canlubang, Laguna

    Job Responsibilities
    • Assess employee's health needs and provide appropriate medical treatment
    • Oversee and track patients' condition and document their recovery and progress
    • Assist in providing first aid treatments in medical emergencies, especially during the Pandemic
    • Adhere to all relevant medical care, health and safety rules and regulations
    • Prepare the medical referral and coordinate it with the applicants for the instruction
    • Monitor the medical status of the applicants
    • Assist the company doctor in retrieving employees' medical documents, medical results for doctor's evaluation, and such.
