- Attends to administrative, logistical, and clerical work requirements of the Division such as filing, routing, and answering phone calls in order to complete daily department tasks;
- Assist in liaising work for the department;
- Assist in the requisition, procurement, stockpiling, and distribution of offie supplies, materials, and equipment;
- Conducts initial interview of incoming documents such as purchase requests, travel orders, and other documents;
- Reviews and processes vouchers, liquidations, and reimbursements from the regional offices;
- Assist regularly in the procurement of documents with BIR, Registry of Deeds, DENR, LRA, and other government agencies;
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time;
- Handles documentation and monitoring;
- Must have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
