Job summary
The Senior Settlement Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end loan settlement process for commercial and private lending transactions.Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with lender solicitors, brokers, borrowers,and internal credit teams throughout the documentation and settlement process.
- Review loan contracts,mortgages,guides and supporting legal documents to ensure they align with:Credit approval termsSecurity requirementsRegulatory and compliance obligationsCompany policies and procedures
