We are looking for an organized and proactive E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join our rapidly growing e-commerce business. This role combines customer service and content management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will manage customer inquiries, maintain content on the e-commerce platform, and implement automation systems to streamline processes. If you're tech-savvy and enjoy optimizing workflows, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer support operations, managing escalated inquiries from automated systems
- Provide prompt responses to customer questions related to orders, delivery, and accounts via email and chat
- Ensure effective use of tools like Gorgeous and Klaviyo to manage customer interactions
- Update product information, images, and banners on the website in line with brand guidelines
- Create visual assets for the site using platforms like Shopify and Photoshop
- Implement automation tools to reduce manual tasks and boost team efficiency
- Develop and track KPIs to measure performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and fulfillment
- Stay up to date on e-commerce trends and propose improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, and content management
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgeous, and basic AI/automation tools
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the hemp industry is a plus
Working Hours & Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
- Flexible scheduling as needed based on deadlines or urgent tasks
