Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Campaigns Traffic Manager, where you will oversee campaign intake, routing, and execution across cross-functional teams. You will manage capacity, align milestones, track risks, and ensure marketing programs move seamlessly from concept to launch-driving accountability, operational clarity, and on-time delivery.

The Expertise That Sets You Apart

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work with a remote team in the US East Coast time zone
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 to 3 years of experience in traffic management or project coordination
• Proven track record of successfully delivered projects
• Experience using project management software such as Wrike, Asana, Jira, or Monday
• Experience using communication platforms such as Slack and Zoom
• Creative, innovative, and resourceful problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work within a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and cross-functional team
• Ability to find solutions in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
• Solid understanding of campaign marketing and digital marketing principles
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills

• Prior experience working within a marketing team
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in project management software

What You'll Be Responsible For

Campaign Oversight and Execution

• Traffic and coordinate tier-one, time-bound, sprint, and evergreen marketing campaigns from intake through delivery readiness
• Build and maintain projects in Wrike, ensure deliverables align to clear milestones
• Track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies across teams

Capacity Management

• Partner with campaign leaders to assess intake requests, capacity constraints, and work sequencing
• Operationalize priorities into daily execution plans to maintain manageable volumes per market
• Track work against defined targets

Process and Systems Management

• Act as a power user of campaign management systems such as Wrike and SharePoint to support visibility and efficiency
• Ensure accurate and consistent use of systems across teams
• Identify opportunities to simplify campaign workflows and increase clarity of ownership
• Support system assessments and integration efforts

Collaboration and Communication

• Serve as the central point of coordination for campaign-related work requests and status updates
• Provide clear reporting on campaign status, risks, and milestones
• Facilitate cross-team communication to reduce bottlenecks and align deliverables
