Requirements, Elicitation, and Analysis:Analyze and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and document business requirements.
Create functional specifications and system design documents.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of solutions.


Data Analysis:
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and support decision-making

Project Management:
Assist in project planning, monitoring, and tracking progress.
Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards and timelines.


Communication:
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.


Quality Assurance and Testing:
Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans and test cases.
Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.


Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of project management principles.
Certifications (optional): Project Management Professional (PMP)
