Job summary
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with the HR Officers and General Managers of the Properties under HII to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of HR processes, policies, and services.
- Coaching and mentoring the HR Officers and anticipating needs in employee relations, hiring, onboarding, communication, training, development.
- Conducting HRBP 1:1's with supervisors managers as a trusted partner confidant coach responding to employee relations issues for supervisors managers collaborating departmental managers understanding skills competencies required existing open positions aligning job descriptions performing routine tasks administering delivering human resource programs including benefits leave disciplinary matters disputes investigations performance talent management productivity recognition morale occupational health safety facilitating compliance training needed help facilitating employee engagement team-building activities referring complex sensitive matters appropriate departments attending participating employee disciplinary meetings terminations investigations maintaining knowledge trends best practices regulatory changes new technologies human resources payroll talent management employment law composing distributing written communication employees various topics benefits policy updates memorandums COVID protocols etc.
