- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and delegation skills.
- Ability to manage conflict and handle customer complaints effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and administrative tasks.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with shifting schedules.
- Preferably a residence of Davao or any nearby cities.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for motivating the team, handling administrative duties, and ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Led the goal of the daily operation and monitors all the assigned Stores.
• Educating Crew Members on proper food handling procedures and customer service.
• To delegate the task to her / his respective team and ensure that established guidelines on
hygiene, quality, and food safety are followed.
• Scheduling work shifts and approving or declining Crew Members' requests for leave and time
off.
• Monitoring the work quality of the employee/s assigned to him/her.
• To make short action plans as a stepping stone to achieve targets.
• Organizing and developing employee schedules.
• Handle customer complaints and queries.
• Briefs Service Crews on new products, price adjustments, marketing/promo activities, policy
changes, and other activities related to operations.
• Oversee all front and back-of-the-house restaurant operations.
• To cascade the key performance indicators
• Handles administrative work.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are well maintained.
• Assist and train crews in the outlet.
• Conducts monthly audits and Quality Evaluations of the outlet.
• Coordinates with the Logistics Department regarding weekly supply orders, scheduled
delivery, and scheduled repair and/or service maintenance.
• Motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets.
