In Philippines EpiC has two workplans each with own technical scope budget one focused achieving HIV epidemic control another strengthening global health security (GHS). The Senior Technical Advisor – Zoonotic Diseases Surveillance provides technical leadership operational support design implementation of Epics/GHS activities related zoonotic disease prevention integrated surveillance early warning outbreak detection.
