Job summary
Support employer branding strategies across social media, job portals, and other relevant channels. Assist in recruitment marketing campaigns and internal communications to highlight the company's culture and employee experiences. Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing are related field.
- Prior experience in HR records management preferably with handling 201 files is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and document management processes is preferred.
