    • Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems (SAP) in accordance with generally accepted accounting standard and company cost accounting policies ( AP vouchers, RF reports, Liquidations, Goods Issue).
    • Supervise the timely processing of payables and on-time transmittal of checks. Make sure deadlines and cut-offs are properly adhered to
    • Supervise the filing of processed AP, check vouchers and other documents, and proper labelling of boxes for easy retrieval of documents.
    • Monitor monthly due dates for recurring fees are paid on time.
    • Monitor and maintain minimal amount of Unliquidated CAs. Close hanging CAs timely.
    • Reconcile Suppliers SOA against invoices processed in the system. Reconcile RF disputes.
    • Maintains accurate AP Aging report.
    • Fill up Customer Information sheet as needed by Suppliers and provide supporting documents.
    • Records monthly accrual and adjusting entries.
    • Appraise and develop staffs.
