Job Description

Build and govern flat and spatial databases to enable quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to aid in demand planning, business intelligence and decision making.

• Work closely with the product and network data science/analytics teams to forecast telco demand for network and platform dimensioning.
• Coach and mentor junior members of the team and provide best practices for data engineering.
• Lead team of analysts in documentation on enhancements to data values, definitions and structures.
• Manage a team integrating disparate data sources into a single source of data, creating data structures to meet reporting and analytic needs and governing the usage and quality of the data.
• Partner within and across different groups/divisions to ensure the accurate translation of business requirements into SQL logic and validate data infrastructure enhancements are built efficiently and scalable.
• Develops and implements the process and framework for importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding aor making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.
• Presents data in charts, graphs and tables, designing and developing relational databases for collecting data. Responsible for improving data quality and for designing or presenting conclusions gained from analyzing data using statistical tools.
  
  

Requirements

• Trained Data Science practitioner with knowledge in handling large data sets, SQL and spatial analytics
• Knowledge of Globe Enterprise / B2B data
• Able to translate data into insights thru storytelling and visualization
• Knowledge of ML models
• Willing to learn technical skills and processes
• Able to manage stakeholders of data
